Mike brings a diverse background to the conferences. For nearly 20 years, he was a major college football coach, then moved into the business sector as an executive who promoted qualities of leadership, integrity, and personal/professional growth to enhance business. Mike’s parents and grandparents are in the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most siblings married for over 50 years! This family is passionate about the marriage covenant!
Dr. Deb Wade Short Bio/Introduction
Dr. Deb is a licensed psychologist who has touched myriad individuals, couples, families, and athletes throughout a career which spans over two decades. Together, Mike and Deb owned a faith-based counseling center in Texas – this center was one of the largest of its kind in the metro area, and served as many as 1000 people on a monthly basis. In addition to this, for ten years, Deb has been the sports psychologist at two major universities.
